According to a recent patient satisfaction survey by the Health Department of Guangdong Province, the Joint Shantou International Eye Center (JSIEC) of Shantou University (STU) and The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUKH) ranked second among 130 hospitals in Guangdong. This survey, with professionalism, fairness and authority, is an important approach for evaluating healthcare service quality of medical units.
In recent years, JSIEC has adopted various measures to improve the quality of its medical services, and it will make greater efforts to promote its sustainable development in 2015.
