Our academic departments are actively involved in scientific medical research. The great majority of these departments operate one or more laboratories or research arms where our faculty and students perform scientific research in their respective areas of expertise.
These research units include one provincial key laboratory (Molecular Imaging) and several multi-disciplinary research platforms which are closely linked with fellow departments, affiliated and associated hospitals, and international research institutes.
