We are looking for leading and upcoming scientists from various disciplines of medicine to join us as full-time professors.

We offer full and associate professorships to highly motivated and outstanding scientists with significant recent scientific practice (teaching and/or research), excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and a strong collaborative attitude and management style. We believe that providing high-quality education and performing effective research is a joint responsibility that should be carried out as a team. Within this context, successful candidates are expected to make significant contributions in their fields of discipline and demonstrate excellence in teaching. We recently introduced a performance-based incentive system for our full-time faculty. Salary may vary depending on performance during the five-year period prior to each evaluation. The below chart provides an indication of our requirements for Distinguished Professors in terms of research productivity. Other factors to be taken into account include teaching performance and teamwork and leadership skills. Similar performance-based criteria apply to Full Professors and Associate Professors working at our College.
