In the morning of March 10, Chaozhou Brain Hospital, the first private hospital adopted by the Shantou University Mental Health Center, opened. The opening ceremony was attended by over 200 guests, including Lv Liangtong, Deputy Secretary of the Commission for Political and Legal Affairs of Chaozhou Municipal Committee, Jia Fujun, Director of the Guangdong Provincial Mental Health Center, Qin Danian, Vice Dean of SUMC, and Director Huang Qingjun and Party Secretary Cai Guisheng of the Shantou University Mental Health Center.

Chaozhou Brain Hospital is a specialized mental health hospital approved by health authorities, designed and built in accordance with the standards for secondary hospitals. This was a mutually beneficial partnership between a premium medical brand and private capital with the aim of joint development.
